In the month leading up to Remembrance Day 2022, EMP’s new true history film The Ace and the Scout will screen at the Imperial Theatre for one night only on October 7, with shows at 6:30 pm and 9:00 pm and a runtime of 90 minutes. (PG13)
Inspired by Canuck WWI flying ace Billy Bishop, two young soldiers join the front lines in August 1918. With the Allies delayed, their platoon must desperately hold out alongside legendary Anishnaabe sniper Francis Pegahmagabow.

There are approximately 100 spaces on Christina Street and the adjacent streets, all within 5 minute walk of the Imperial Theatre. There is a 2 hr free on street parking limit Monday to Friday until 6 pm. Parking on street is free all day on Saturday and Sunday and after 6 pm every evening. Parking rates vary during the day Monday to Friday until 6 pm. After 6 pm parking is free, as well as all day on Saturday and Sunday.
