Jack Beans is on trial for theft, and it’s up to your audience to determine if he’s guilty or innocent!  In this madcap courtroom comedy, Jack and his lawyer Big Bad Wolf go head to head with Mrs. Helga Giant and her lawyer Red Riding Hood on Storybook Court to determine if Jack is guilty of stealing the Giants’ gold, goose, and harp. With plenty of well-known characters as witnesses and members of the jury, it’s anyone’s guess as to how this trial will end.  The Gingerbread Man could hardly sit still through the trial, and Grouchy was awfully...  well...  grouchy through the whole thing.  But when juror member Sleeping Beauty falls sound asleep, it’s the audience that must vote to determine Jack’s fate!

Reality TV and Shakespeare collide in this incredibly inventive, fun, and fresh look at legendary wives from the Bard’s greatest plays.  Mixing classic with contemporary, The Real Housewives of Shakespeare is a (very!)  loose retelling and mash-up of some of the key moments from Macbeth, Hamlet, Romeo & Juliet, and The Taming of the Shrew, almost entirely from the women’s points of view. Will Lady Macbeth’s dinner party be a success?  And more importantly, can she convince her husband to do her bidding?  Will Queen Gertrude persuade her son Hamlet to get along with his new stepfather and king, Claudius?  Will Juliet’s impulsive betrothal to her boy crush Romeo prove to be her undoing?  And will headstrong Kate be won over by her overbearing husband, Petruchio?  These questions and more are answered with laughter, intrigue, and more than a little timeless insight into love and marriage!
